·  Two (2) fingerprint cards, providing two complete sets of prints

How Our Fingerprinting Process Works

Getting fingerprinted is fast, simple, and stress-free. Here’s what to expect:

1. Bring Your Valid ID

Please provide a current state-issued photo ID so your Fingerprint Technician can verify your identity before the session begins.

2. Complete Your FD-258 Card

After verification, you’ll fill out and sign your FD-258 fingerprint card. 

If you’re unsure about any section, we’ll guide you through it.

3. Technician Review & Signature

Your Fingerprint Technician will review your card for accuracy, then sign and date it as required for official processing.

4. Ink & Roll Fingerprint Capture

We’ll walk you through the inking process step-by-step. 

The technician will gently guide each finger on inkpad, then FD-258 card, ensuring clean, clear, and properly rolled prints on your card.
