Akae Notary Solutions has proudly provided trusted, professional notary services across the Dallas–Fort Worth area since 2016. What began with hands-on experience as an office notary for a local non-profit organization has grown into a fully trained, certified, and highly experienced mobile notary service.
Since launching the business, we’ve invested in extensive professional development to ensure the highest level of accuracy and compliance. This includes National Notary Association (NNA) training, Loan Signing Agent certification, Apostille Facilitator courses, and I-9 Verification training. With over a decade of experience and standard background checks completed, we bring reliability, integrity, and precision to every appointment.
Our mission is simple: to deliver reliable, compliant, and stress-free mobile notary and document support—handled with professionalism and in full accordance with Texas state law.

With over a decade of multidisciplinary experience, Ashley Kae brings a service-first mindset, strong leadership, and entrepreneurial vision to Akae Notary Solutions. As Founder, Ashley has led the business with integrity and efficiency since 2016, building trusted relationships and delivering dependable notary and document services across the DFW area.
Throughout her career, Ashley has successfully developed, launched, and scaled multiple small businesses, gaining hands-on experience in operations, compliance, customer service, and sustainable growth. Her professional background spans non-profit work, operations management, business development, executive administration, real estate, and early childhood education.
Her academic foundation from the University of North Texas, along with training and certifications in real estate, notary services, and CPR and basic life support instruction, reflects a strong commitment to lifelong learning and excellence.
Beyond business, Ashley is deeply committed to community impact and service. She actively volunteers and supports initiatives focused on child advocacy, civil rights and social action, housing equity, education, and grassroots organizing—believing that strong communities are built through access, education, and service.
Ashley brings an entrepreneurial spirit, a people-centered approach, and a genuine passion for helping others succeed—whether through business support, education, or community engagement.
