Real Estate Loan Signing rates vary from $120 – $150 for loan signing packets. The fee varies for this service due to location, time of signing, and other specifications regarding the handling and delivery of documents. We expedite documents offering overnight delivery of documents via FedEx or UPS.
· Rush Fee: $50 ((2) hours from requested service time)

Tier 2 — Priority $275 4–5 business days Faster results with priority submission and expedited processing.
Tier 3 — Expedited $750 1–2 business days Same-day or next-day travel to Austin for hand processing at the Secretary of State.

All fees are subject to change if additional services or signatures are required and were not discussed during the initial quote.
All fees are due and payable prior to services rendered at which time an invoice and receipt will be issued.
