Residential Field Inspections consist of gathering information and performing property value appraisal of residential properties. A Field Inspector will visually inspect the property, take photographs, collect data, and compile a comprehensive report on findings.

The purpose of an insurance inspection is to validate information and to provide insurance companies with necessary information to determine premium amounts, assess replacement costs, damages, and risk factors that could cause future insurance claims.
